In the 3rd quarter, students are looking at art and artist from 1970 - current time.

One artwork every one is examining is Marc Chagall's America Windows that were just reinstalled in the Art Institute of Chicago. If you are ever in Chicago, take your kids to visit this famous gift of artist after America's bicentennial. Ask your kids/students to tell you about the 6 different panels seen in the 3 windows installed next to each other.

Following an intensive period of conservation treatment and archival research, the windows return as the stunning centerpiece of a new presentation at the east end of the museum’s Arthur Rubloff building.
Some stained tissue windows made by the students of all ages can be seen throughout the school.
